When we reviewed Motorola's Xoom, all that was available was the $799 3G version. Since then Motorola has released a more affordable $599 WiFi only edition with 32GB of NAND on board. Inside the Xoom, as you're all familiar with is NVIDIA's Tegra 2 SoC. Tegra 2 was Google's reference SoC for the Honeycomb release of Android, and thus it's been the heart and soul of all recently announced Honeycomb tablets.

NVIDIA, eager to parade its success with Tegra 2, shipped me a box containing four WiFi Motorola Xooms to give away to our most loyal readers. Here's a shot of the four:

Now the plan: we'll be giving one away every two days until we're out of WiFi Xooms. Sound good?

To enter the contest simply respond to this post with comment explaining something you'd like to see in the next-generation of tablets or SoCs (please only respond once). Good luck!

Now the rules. This contest is unfortunately only available to US residents in one of the 50 states. I realize that AnandTech is an international site and I do highly value all of our readers, unfortunately extending the contest rules outside of the US is a bit more than we're able to reliably handle today. That's not to say that we won't at some point in the future, we just have little experience doing such things and don't want to get burned early on.

Secondly, you are only allowed to enter once.

Entries will be accepted from 7:35 PM ET on April 15, 2011 through 7:35 PM ET on April 17, 2011. Winner will be selected by April 18, 2011.

Good luck everyone :)

Since the iPad2 didn't deliver in this respect, I'd like at least a 300-600dpi display to enhance comfortable reading.

(I'm not a US citizen, so I don't include me in the contest)

Current tablets all use LCDs. Next-gen tablets should use better displays like AMOLED.

I'd like to see a continuous experience with my browser on my tablet, phone, and PC. All my open tabs should be synced, as well as the whole browsing state.

USB Ports for portable flash drives and external HDDs for one.

With the ports maybe that will let you use a mouse for easier control when available?

I'd personally like to see some new battery tech in new tablets... why not make the entire back cover of the tablet a external battery? Should be able to get better lifetimes with them if they run like that.

Also, i didn't know you had to sign up to post comments, been reading for a year and not knowing that o.O
